By accessing and using Wisconsin Hunting Leases (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Membership is free. Members gain access to property details, driving directions, GPS coordinates, and the ability to place deposits on hunting leases.
All deposits are non-refundable. Upon placing a deposit, the lessee has seven (7) calendar days to pay the remaining balance. Failure to pay the remaining balance within seven calendar days may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the property being made available to others.
Once you initiate the deposit process, you have ten (10) minutes to complete the transaction. Do not navigate away from or close any windows during the deposit process. Navigating away or closing windows will forfeit your place in securing the deposit.
While we strive for accuracy, property information is provided as-is. All properties are visited in-person prior to listing. Lessees are encouraged to visit properties before finalizing their lease.
Wisconsin Hunting Leases acts as an intermediary between landowners and hunters. We are not responsible for conditions on leased properties or activities conducted on them.
